Nurturing, caring, enhancing a child’s development, providing a foundation for future learning—many preschools do those things well. Few have been doing those things as long as our preschool has.

All Saints Preschool began serving families in western Henrico County just a few years after the dedication of the current All Saints Church in the late 1950s. The Preschool has operated continuously since 1963. During more than four decades of providing early childhood education, our programs have expanded significantly. So has the area we serve. Today our children come from Henrico, Chesterfield and Goochland counties and Richmond.

Our Preschool operates under the auspices of All Saints Episcopal Church and is part of the church’s prominent building and grounds on River Road just off Parham Road. All Saints Preschool follows guidelines for religious exempt preschools set by the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Social Services and is accredited by the National Asso-
ciation of Child Care Professionals. All Saints
Preschool welcomes and encourages family
involvement in our programs.

Parents often participate as classroom readers, party planners and substitute teachers. Parents and often their extended families support school-sponsored charities and fund-raising events. We welcome visits by parents and families who wish to observe their children during school sessions.
