Prospective Families
We're so glad you are interested in All Saints Preschool, and we'd love to welcome you to our school and community. If you are ready to take the next step towards getting your child into preschool, we are here to assist you! Come see first hand what a day in the life of our students looks like. Being immersed in our classroom environment is the best way to get to know our sweet little school. Seeing first hand what our campus has to offer from our classrooms, courtyard, chapel and playground, is an excellent way to help you make the big decisions of which school is right for your family.
Step 1...Take a Tour
Tours are given by appointment throughout the year by our Director, Mrs. Taylor. During your visit, Mrs. Taylor will share any and all information with you that will help your to decide if our school is the best fit for your family. We encourage you to bring along your prospective student as we are in the business of working with little ones! Our tours are always informal (aiming to make sure all parties are comfortable) and your child will be welcome to explore our spaces.
Step 2...Enroll your child
Following your tour, you'll want to take time to make the decision about whether All Saints Preschool feels like the best fit for your family. Once you've decided, the next step is enrolling your child. Fill out a New Student Registration form and submit it to Mrs. Taylor along with the $50 registration fee (see payment info below). We also ask that you send a copy of your child's birth certificate to begin the enrollment process.
Step 3...Signed Contract & Deposit
Once the New Student Registration form, registration fee, and copy of your child's birth certificate have been received, Mrs. Taylor will send you a formal contract. When your signed contract and paid $500 deposit have been received (see payment info below), your child will be a registered student of All Saints Preschool! Tuition payments are made twice a year, (unless you've arranged for the monthly payment option) and the first payment is due before school begins.
Step 3 cont'd...Waitlist
In the case that next year's enrollment is full, your family will be added to our wait list. Wait lists are always maintained and are an option for our more popular classes. Our re-enrollment process for current students is usually complete by November. At that time, we'll have an accurate number of vacancy spots for each class and Mrs. Taylor will be in touch regarding enrollment. If you have concerns or questions, feel free to contact us!
Step 4....Fill out all of your forms
After your contract & deposit have been sent in, begin getting the necessary forms for school entrance filled out. These forms can be found at the buttons below and can be returned electronically (except for the VA School Entrance Form & Medical Auth Form). You can download and print a copy of these forms if you would prefer to fill them out manually and hand them in. (The download option is found at the top of each form's page.)
Step 5...What to expect after enrollment
After enrolling, you will receive regular updates and announcements regarding event for prospective, current, and alumni students. As well as any classroom and teacher information, which is usually mailed a few weeks before school begins. Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram allsaintsepiscopalpreschoolrva to stay up to date on all the wonderful things happening before your child's first day of school!
Payments can also be made by cash, check or Venmo. If paying by check please make the check out to All Saints Preschool. You can submit by mailing directly to the school at 8787 River Rd. Richmond, VA 23229 or drop it off in the drop-box located just inside the Portico STEAM Lab. Make sure to email Mrs. Taylor at allsaintspreschoolrva@gmail.com to let her know payments are in the drop-box.
All Saints Preschool also accepts Venmo payments, @AllSaintsPreschoolrva. Please use the QR code below to find the preschool's account to send payment. Please make sure to note your student or family name and purpose of the payment in the "What's it for?" box.
