We're so glad you are interested in All Saints Preschool, and we'd love to welcome you to our school and community. If you are ready to take the next step towards getting your child into preschool, we are here to assist you! Come see first hand what a day in the life of our students looks like. Being immersed in our classroom environment is the best way to get to know our sweet little school. Seeing first hand what our campus has to offer from our classrooms, courtyard, chapel and playground, is an excellent way to help you make the big decisions of which school is right for your family.

Take a Tour
The first step to deciding on our preschool is taking a tour with us. Tours are given by appointment throughout the year by our Director, Melissa Taylor. During your visit, Melissa will share any and all information with you that will help you to decide if our school is the best fit for your family. We encourage you to bring along your prospective student as we are in the business of working with little ones! Our tours are always informal (aiming to make sure all parties are comfortable) and your child will be welcome to explore our spaces.
Enroll your child
Following your tour, you'll want to take time to make the decision about whether All Saints Preschool feels like the best fit for your family. Once you've decided, the second step is enrolling your child. Fill out and submit a New Student Registration form (below) along with the $100 registration fee (see payment info below). We also ask that you send a copy of your child's birth certificate to begin the enrollment process.
Contract and Deposit
The third step towards completing your enrollment is a formal contract and deposit payment. Once your Registration form, registration fee, and copy of your child's birth certificate have been received, a formal contract will be extended to you. A returned signed contract and paid $500 deposit is required to secure your spot at All Saints Preschool.

In the case that next year's enrollment is full, your family will be added to our waitlist. Our re-enrollment process for current students is usually complete by November. At that time, we'll have an accurate number of openings for each class and will be in touch if an opening is available to your family. If you have concerns or questions, feel free to contact us!

Student Forms
After your contract & deposit have been received, make sure to begin filling out and submitting any forms or necessary paperwork for school entrance, student information and medical forms (see below).
Our Policy Handbook should also be reviewed before beginning your year with us. It will answer many questions you have (and don't know that you have yet) as to how our year will progress and outline processes and procedures you will encounter throughout the year. (You will acknowledge and sign that you have read the Policy Handbook when filling out your Student Information form.)
Announcements & Communication
After enrolling, you will receive regular summer updates and announcements regarding events for new, current, and past students, as well as any classroom and teacher information, usually mailed a few weeks before school begins.

Currently, payments can be made by cash, check or Venmo.
If paying by check please make the check out to All Saints Preschool. You can submit it by mailing directly to the school or putting in our drop-box located just inside the Portico STEAM Lab. Make sure to email us at allsaintspreschoolrva@gmail.com to let us know payments are in the drop-box.
If paying by Venmo, please use the QR code (shown) or search for @AllSaintsPreschoolrva to find the preschool's account to send payment. Please make sure to note your student or family name and purpose of the payment in the "What's it for?" box.
